China applies to Guiness Book of Records for the longest dragon boat

China has applied to set a new World Record for the longest wooden dragon boat.

On May 28, 2016, 1,600 men carried the dragon boat to the river in Shibing County in the province of Guizhou, China.

On June 9, 180 female paddlers went on board the giant wooden dragon boat and paddled the boat during the Dragon Boat Festival.
